Comparison Review

Comfort
The MINI Hardtop offers rear passengers about the same space to stretch out as the MINI SE Hardtop with comparable rear head- and legroom in both vehicles. As far as headroom and legroom go, there's not much difference between the MINI Hardtop and the MINI SE Hardtop in the front seats.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The MINI Hardtop is somewhat more expensive than the MINI SE Hardtop.

Dimensions
The MINI Hardtop is a little wider than the MINI SE Hardtop, so getting in and out of the car in a crowded parking lot may be a little more of a squeeze. When looking at overall length, the MINI Hardtop takes up about the same amount of space in your garage as the MINI SE Hardtop.

Handling
The MINI Hardtop has a larger turning radius than the MINI SE Hardtop, making it slightly more difficult to maneuver in and out of tight spots.

Performance
When it comes to horsepower, the MINI Hardtop is somewhat more powerful than the MINI SE Hardtop.

Powertrain
Due to its much higher torque, the engine of the MINI Hardtop does a much better job of transmitting power to the wheels than the MINI SE Hardtop.

Utility
In terms of seating you'll be able to fit the same number of people in both the MINI Hardtop and the MINI SE Hardtop.
