Comfort
Passengers in the backseat will be able to stretch out a lot more in the Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 than in the Jaguar F-PACE, due to its greater head- and legroom.
The Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 will be a hit with tall drivers and their front seat passengers, since it has greater front head- and legroom than the Jaguar F-PACE.

Convenience
You'll be making about the same number of stops at the gas station with the Jaguar F-PACE as you will with the Mercedes-Benz GLE 350, as they are both able to travel similar distances on a tank of gas.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The Jaguar F-PACE is somewhat more expensive than the Mercedes-Benz GLE 350.

Dimensions
Since the Jaguar F-PACE is much wider than the Mercedes-Benz GLE 350, finding a wide enough spot in a parking lot may be a bit more challenging.
The Jaguar F-PACE is slightly shorter than the Mercedes-Benz GLE 350, which may make it easier to park.

Performance
When it comes to horsepower, the Jaguar F-PACE greatly out-muscles the Mercedes-Benz GLE 350.

Powertrain
Due to its much higher torque, the Jaguar F-PACE does a much better job of transmitting its engine's horsepower to its wheels than the Mercedes-Benz GLE 350.

Utility
The Jaguar F-PACE has less seating than the Mercedes-Benz GLE 350, making the Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 the better choice, if you need to chauffeur many passengers.
The Jaguar F-PACE has less cargo space than the Mercedes-Benz GLE 350, which is okay if you don't need to move a lot in one trip.
