Comparison Review

Comfort
The GMC Yukon offers a bit more room for passengers in the back seat than the Honda Pilot. The GMC Yukon will be popular with taller drivers and passengers in the front seat, due to its greater front head- and legroom than the Honda Pilot.

Convenience
You'll be making about the same number of stops at the gas station with the GMC Yukon as you will with the Honda Pilot, as they are both able to travel similar distances on a tank of gas.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The GMC Yukon will definitely make more of a dent in your wallet than the Honda Pilot, which has a much lower MSRP.

Dimensions
Since the GMC Yukon is much wider than the Honda Pilot, finding a wide enough spot in a parking lot may be a bit more challenging. For some people, bigger is better. If that's the case for you, then you'll be happier with the GMC Yukon, which is slightly longer than the Honda Pilot.

Handling
The GMC Yukon has a larger turning radius than the Honda Pilot, making it slightly more difficult to maneuver in and out of tight spots.

Performance
When considering towing capacity, the GMC Yukon is clearly the choice over the Honda Pilot for pulling heavy loads. The GMC Yukon has a little more horsepower than the Honda Pilot.

Powertrain
Due to its much higher torque, the GMC Yukon does a much better job of transmitting its engine's horsepower to its wheels than the Honda Pilot.

Utility
The GMC Yukon has less seating than the Honda Pilot, making the Honda Pilot the better choice, if you need to chauffeur many passengers. With the GMC Yukon, you'll be able to haul more equipment or luggage than the Honda Pilot.
