Comparison Review

Comfort
Passengers in the back seat will be able to stretch out a lot more in the Honda Civic Hybrid than the Acura TLX, due to its greater head- and legroom. The Honda Civic Hybrid will be a favorite with taller drivers due to its greater front head- and legroom than the Acura TLX.

Convenience
You'll be making about the same number of stops at the gas station with the Acura TLX as you will with the Honda Civic Hybrid, as they get the same number of miles per tank of gas.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The Acura TLX will definitely make more of a dent in your wallet than the Honda Civic Hybrid, which has a much lower MSRP.

Dimensions
Since the Acura TLX is much wider than the Honda Civic Hybrid, finding a wide enough spot in a parking lot may be a bit more challenging. If you go with the Acura TLX, you may be circling the block looking for a space large enough to park more often than with the Honda Civic Hybrid.

Handling
The Acura TLX has a significantly larger turning radius than the Honda Civic Hybrid, making it much more difficult to maneuver in and out of tight spots.

Performance
When it comes to horsepower, the Acura TLX has a much more powerful engine than the Honda Civic Hybrid. However, something you should consider is that higher horsepower engines often command higher insurance premiums.

Powertrain
Due to its much higher torque, the engine of the Acura TLX does a much better job of transmitting power to the wheels than the Honda Civic Hybrid.

Utility
In terms of seating you'll be able to fit the same number of people in both the Acura TLX and the Honda Civic Hybrid.
