Comfort
Passengers in the back seat will feel a little more squished in the Genesis G80 than in the Honda Accord Hybrid, due to the Genesis G80's smaller rear head- and legroom.
As far as headroom and legroom go, there's not much difference between the Genesis G80 and the Honda Accord Hybrid in the front seats.
Convenience
The Honda Accord Hybrid requires fewer visits to the gas station than the Genesis G80, making it more convenient to drive.
Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The Genesis G80 will definitely make more of a dent in your wallet than the Honda Accord Hybrid, which has a much lower MSRP.
Dimensions
Since the Genesis G80 is much wider than the Honda Accord Hybrid, finding a wide enough spot in a parking lot may be a bit more challenging.
When looking at overall length, the Genesis G80 takes up about the same amount of space in your garage as the Honda Accord Hybrid.
Performance
When it comes to horsepower, the Genesis G80 has a much more powerful engine than the Honda Accord Hybrid. However, something you should consider is that higher horsepower engines often command higher insurance premiums.

Utility
In terms of seating you'll be able to fit the same number of people in both the Genesis G80 and the Honda Accord Hybrid.
