Comfort
Passengers in the back seat will be able to stretch out a lot more in the Mercedes-Benz C-Class than the Genesis G70, due to its greater head- and legroom.
As far as headroom and legroom go, there's not much difference between the Genesis G70 and the Mercedes-Benz C-Class in the front seats.
Convenience
With the Mercedes-Benz C-Class you will definitely be making less frequent stops at the gas station than with the Genesis G70, due to its tank size and fuel economy.
Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). When looking only at MSRP, the Genesis G70 will have less of an impact on your bank account than the Mercedes-Benz C-Class.
Dimensions
Since the Genesis G70 is much slimmer than the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, it'll be much easier to find a wide enough space in a crowded parking lot.
When looking at overall length, the Genesis G70 takes up about the same amount of space in your garage as the Mercedes-Benz C-Class.
Handling

Performance
In terms of horsepower, it's basically a tie between the Genesis G70 and the Mercedes-Benz C-Class.
Powertrain
With its lower torque, the Genesis G70 doesn't do as good a job transmitting power to its wheels as the Mercedes-Benz C-Class.
Utility
In terms of seating you'll be able to fit the same number of people in both the Genesis G70 and the Mercedes-Benz C-Class.
