Comparison Review

Comfort
Passengers in the backseat will be able to stretch out a lot more in the GMC Terrain than in the Acura RDX, due to its greater head- and legroom. The GMC Terrain will be a hit with tall drivers and their front seat passengers, since it has greater front head- and legroom than the Acura RDX.

Convenience
You'll be making about the same number of stops at the gas station with the Acura RDX as you will with the GMC Terrain, as they are both able to travel similar distances on a tank of gas.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). The Acura RDX will definitely make more of a dent in your wallet than the GMC Terrain, which has a much lower MSRP.

Dimensions
The Acura RDX is about the same width as the GMC Terrain. For some people, bigger is better. If that's the case for you, then you'll be happier with the Acura RDX, which is slightly longer than the GMC Terrain.

Handling
The Acura RDX has a larger turning radius than the GMC Terrain, making it slightly more difficult to maneuver in and out of tight spots.

Performance
When it comes to horsepower, the Acura RDX greatly out-muscles the GMC Terrain.

Powertrain
The Acura RDX has much lower torque than the GMC Terrain, which generally means that it won't feel as fast or powerful.

Utility
In terms of seating, you'll be able to fit about the same number of people in both the Acura RDX and the GMC Terrain.
