Comparison Review

Comfort
Rear passengers will be able to stretch out a lot more in the Lincoln MKC than in the Toyota 4Runner. The Lincoln MKC offers just a little more front head- and legroom than the Toyota 4Runner, making it a little more comfortable for the driver and front passenger.

Convenience
You'll be making about the same number of stops at the gas station with the Lincoln MKC as you will with the Toyota 4Runner, as they are both able to travel similar distances on a tank of gas.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). When looking only at MSRP, the Lincoln MKC will have less of an impact on your bank account than the Toyota 4Runner. Another consideration is the Destination Charge, which is a standard charge for transporting the vehicle to the dealer from where it's built. The Lincoln MKC carries a much lower Destination Charge than the Toyota 4Runner.

Dimensions
Since the Lincoln MKC is much slimmer than the Toyota 4Runner, it'll be much easier to find a wide enough space in a crowded parking lot. If you go with the Lincoln MKC, you'll have a much easier time finding a large enough space to park than you will with the Toyota 4Runner.

Drivetrain
With similar torque, the Lincoln MKC and the Toyota 4Runner are about even in transmitting their respective horsepower to the wheels.

Handling
The Lincoln MKC has the same turning radius as the Toyota 4Runner, so they both maneuver the same in and out of tight spots.

Performance
In terms of towing capacity, the Toyota 4Runner is clearly the choice over the Lincoln MKC for pulling heavy loads. The Lincoln MKC has a little less horsepower than the Toyota 4Runner.

Utility
In terms of seating, you'll be able to fit about the same number of people in both the Lincoln MKC and the Toyota 4Runner. The Lincoln MKC has significantly less cargo capacity than the Toyota 4Runner.

Warranty
You'll have greater peace of mind with the more generous basic warranty of the Lincoln MKC than that of the Toyota 4Runner.
