Comparison Review

Comfort
Passengers in the backseat will be able to stretch out a lot more in the Honda Pilot than in the GMC Acadia, due to its greater head- and legroom. As far as headroom and legroom go, there's not much difference between front seat comfort in the GMC Acadia and the Honda Pilot.

Convenience
Due to the larger tank size and better fuel economy of the GMC Acadia, you will definitely be making fewer stops at the gas station than with the Honda Pilot.

Cost
There are a lot of factors to consider when calculating the overall cost of a vehicle. The main consideration is Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). When looking only at MSRP, the GMC Acadia will have less of an impact on your bank account than the Honda Pilot.

Dimensions
Since the GMC Acadia is much slimmer than the Honda Pilot, it'll be much easier to find a wide enough space in a crowded parking lot. The GMC Acadia is slightly shorter than the Honda Pilot, which may make it easier to park.

Handling
The GMC Acadia has a larger turning radius than the Honda Pilot, making it slightly more difficult to maneuver in and out of tight spots.

Performance
When it comes to horsepower, the GMC Acadia has a lot less horsepower than the Honda Pilot.

Powertrain
Due to its much higher torque, the GMC Acadia does a much better job of transmitting its engine's horsepower to its wheels than the Honda Pilot.

Utility
The GMC Acadia has less seating than the Honda Pilot, making the Honda Pilot the better choice, if you need to chauffeur many passengers. The GMC Acadia has less cargo space than the Honda Pilot, which is okay if you don't need to move a lot in one trip.
